False information about a terrorist attack in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, was spread through social media. A Facebook ID created in the name of SP MP Aditya Yadav shared a fake video of gunfire. Police have registered an FIR against Facebook user Parvinder and Instagram user Ankit Kumar for spreading misinformation.
