Description: Leh (Ladakh), May 13, 2025 (ANI): On opening of Leh-Manali National Highway 03 for tourist motor vehicle after a delay, Colonel Deepak Palande said that the delay had undergone in opening the road due to snowfall in the region till may 7.He also mentioned about closure of  Tanglang La,  Baralacha La, and Nakee La pass which had further delayed the process, but with the joint effort of Indian Army, Border Road Organization and District Administration the NH have been opened for tourist vehicles.
