Former Taiwan VP Chen Chien-jen To Attend Pope Leo’s Coronation

Former Vice President Chen Chien-jen has been appointed to represent Taiwan at the coronation of Pope Leo XIV this Sunday. It will be Chen's second visit to the Vatican in a month after he attended the funeral of Pope Francis in April. The Holy See is Taiwan’s only remaining diplomatic ally in Europe.
