Sir Keir Starmer criticises Russian President Vladimir Putin for his approach to ceasefire talks saying, “this is yet more evidence that Putin is not serious about peace” as Russia launches drone attacks on Ukraine overnight. Starmer says, “it’s really important we have absolute unity with our allies”.
