Poonch, May 17, 2025 (ANI): Speaking on Indus Water Treaty, J&K Minister for Jal Shakti Javed Ahmed Rana said “J&K people have faced loss due to the Indus Waters Treaty. We have always demanded that the state be compensated. We don't have the right over our water. J&K has become drought-prone... We still think that our water and our mountains should remain ours; we have the right over them."
