In the motion, alkaline water has also made it’s way in the trend. Keeping in view it’s increased demand in the market, Women of self-help groups in Raipur are producing alkaline water via a government initiative ‘NDRA’. A water treatment plant has been set up in Pacheda village of Naya Raipur through NRDA, in which women of self-help groups are making Alkaline water from normal water. This has also generated employment opportunities for the women.
