● Pauri (Rasiya Mahadev, Bironkhal): Sudden rains caused a surge in river levels in Khatalgarh, prompting panic among locals. Authorities have advised people living near riverbanks to shift to safer locations.

● Ramnagar: A fierce hailstorm struck on Wednesday evening with hailstones large enough to cause injuries and property damage.
● Several people suffered minor head and body injuries.
● Shops, tin sheds, and vehicles were damaged.
● Standing crops and vegetables may have suffered significant loss.
●Locals say they haven’t seen hail this heavy in years.

● Champawat is also witnessing intense rainfall, adding to the region's weather woes.

The Meteorological Department has warned that such weather may continue for the next 24 hours, urging residents to stay cautious and venture out only when necessary.
