In a video posted on his X account, outgoing Economy Minister Datuk Seri Rafizi Ramli said his final mandate has been fulfilled with the completion of the 13th Malaysia Plan (RMK13), which advocates comprehensive education reform and is due to be tabled in the next Parliament session.
