Bread Malai Roll || Eid Special Recipe || Everyone Love this Recipe

Make these delicious and rich creamy flavored bread malai rolls on Eid. It will make it to the list of your special dessert recipes.
Ingredients
For Rabri

Milk 4 cups
Sugar 1/2 cup
Dry Milk powder 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder (Elaichi) 1/4 tsp.

For khoya filling
Butter 1 tbs.
Milk 1/2 cup
Dry Milk powder 1/2 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp.
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp.
Cream 1 tbsp.
Almonds (badam) chopped 1 & 1/2 tbsp.
Pistachio (pista) chopped 1 & 1/2 tbsp.
Bread slices 6-8

For garnish
Almonds as required
Pistachio as required

Directions
For Rabri preparation
In a pot add milk and bring it to boil. Add sugar, dry milk powder, cardamom powder stir constantly on medium to high flame until reduce to half. Turn off the flame and set it aside.
In a pan add milk, dry milk powder, butter, sugar, cardamom powder mix well and stir constantly on low flame . Add almonds and pistachio mix well, add cream and stir constantly until thicken let it cool down.
Remove the brown edges of the bread slices and flatten them with the help of rolling pin.
Spread the khoya filling on the slices and roll the slices.
Pour the prepared rabri on the rolls garnish with almonds and pistachio and serve chilled.
