Members of the Civil Disturbance Management (CDM) unit of the Manila Police District (MPD) conduct rigorous training at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila this Friday, June 27, in preparation for the upcoming National CDM competition set to take place at the NCRPO headquarters on July 3.
