The Environment Division of the THA has launched an investigation following a video circulating on social media where a number of dead fishes are observed near the Coco Reef Resort in Tobago

The Department of Marine Resources and Fisheries launched an investigation into the matter, with support from the Institute of Marine Affairs and other relevant agencies. Elizabeth Williams has been following this story and has this report.
