An entire unit of doctors at Sydney’s largest hospital have withdrawn their resignations a day before they were due to leave. The interventional radiologists at Westmead hospital were persuaded to stay after an eleventh-hour meeting. The health minister has admitted the troubled hospital needs a cultural reset.
