A new Low-Pressure Area (LPA) formed inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Tuesday, July 15, and may develop into a tropical depression within the next 48 hours, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
