U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Dagvin Anderson testified before the U.S. Senate that Chinese and Russian operations in Africa are a threat to American and regional security. The remarks come a day after South Africa unilaterally downgraded Taiwan's representative offices there following a visit to China by South Africa's vice president.
