The Russian Navy began its large-scale operational exercise “July Storm” on Tuesday (July 23), deploying tens of thousands of military personnel and hundreds of naval and aerial assets across key strategic regions.
The operation, which runs through July 27, is led by the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy, Admiral Alexander Moiseev, and covers areas of the Pacific and Arctic Oceans, as well as the Baltic and Caspian Seas.
