Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, when tabling the 13th Malaysia Plan (RMK13) in Parliament on Thursday (July 31), said the next five years will be a critical period for Malaysia to make a significant leap toward becoming a high-income nation, nurturing a compassionate society, and ensuring a higher quality of life.
