ATO Whistleblower says concerns raised were in the public interest

ATO whistleblower Richard Boyle has faced a sentencing hearing in the district court after pleading guilty to four charges including taping private conversations without consent. The former debt collector believes he shouldn't have any convictions recorded against him because he was acting in the public interest when he raised concerns about the agency.
