Northern Luzon is expected to experience rains and cloudy skies on Saturday, August 2, as the southwest monsoon or habagat continues to affect the region, while the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) monitors a tropical depression located outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
