The Southern Water and Sanitation Company (SWSC) has successfully installed four new, high-capacity water pumps at the Zambezi Raw Water Intake facility in Livingstone. The upgrade replaces old, inefficient equipment and is already providing a steady, 24-hour water supply to residents who previously faced shortages. SWSC officials confirmed the new pumps have significantly increased the volume of water being abstracted, bringing relief to many parts of the city.
