A coronial inquest into the deaths of five people who were hit by a car outside the Daylesford pub in Victoria in 2023 will go ahead next year. Criminal charges against driver William Swale, a type 1 diabetic, were dismissed after his lawyers successfully argued that a severe hypo-glycaemic attack impaired his driving.
