The low-pressure area (LPA) that crossed Northern Luzon on Thursday, Aug. 7, is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) within the next few hours, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Friday, Aug. 8.
