Police said the foreign woman who attacked bystanders with a knife after hitting three motorcycles in Kajang was dealing with a high amount of stress when the incident occurred.

They said the 24-year-old suspect was upset with her experience of studying at a public university, leading to her feeling pressured and stressed.
