The young Dorian Gray befriends an artist, Basil Hallward, who quickly becomes obsessed and insists on painting a master portrait to truly capture the image of his beauty. Dr. Henry Wotton, Basil's colleague, takes a liking to Dorian and decides to fill Dorian's mind with all the pleasures of the world, with terrible results.
