Residents hit out at Notting Hill Carnival claiming the event has “outgrown the area” just days before millions are set to attend Europe’s biggest street party of its kind over the bank holiday weekend.People living near the event raised concerns about safety issues, health hazards and disruptions caused by the Carnival, including public urination, violence and drug use during the event.
