Army Rescue Operation. Army helicopter rescue operation in Gambhiraopet was successful. Five farmers who were stuck in the middle of the Maneruvagu in Narmala were rescued with the help of an army helicopter. They were safely evacuated from there. Meanwhile, farmers from Gambhiraopet in Rajanna Sircilla district, who had gone to graze their cattle, were stuck in the ravine on Wednesday afternoon and are on high ground. Spoke to Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on the phone. He said that about 30 people were trapped in the floods in Kamareddy and Sircilla districts.
