Durham Cracks Down on City Centre Traffic with New Pedestrian Safety Measures

From September 15, new vehicle restrictions will come into force across Durham City Centre, as part of Durham County Council’s efforts to improve pedestrian safety and reduce congestion in some of the city’s busiest areas.
