प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और उनकी दिवंगत मां के खिलाफ कथित अभद्र टिप्पणी को लेकर बिहार की सियासत गरमा गई है. इस मुद्दे पर भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) और उसके एनडीए सहयोगी दलों ने गुरुवार, 4 सितंबर को राज्यव्यापी बिहार बंद का आह्वान किया है. बंद सुबह 7 बजे से दोपहर 12 बजे तक रहेगा और इस दौरान आपातकालीन सेवाओं व रेल परिचालन को इससे बाहर रखा गया है.
