As more Perth councils jump on board with FOGO bins for food and garden waste, some of the earliest adopters of the system may be forced to scrap it. Contamination problems have seen the waste in the state's southwest sent to landfill since late last year. Now regional councils say, without urgent government help, the FOGO bins could be gone for good.
