At a press briefing hosted by Congressional Democrats on Wednesday, Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) accused President Trump and Secretary of Veterans Affairs Doug Collins of seeking to dismantle women’s healthcare at the Department of Veterans’ Affairs. The VA is currently considering a ban on abortion services without exceptions for rape or incest.
