Former Nepal Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and his wife, Foreign Minister Arzu Deuba, were attacked by a mob during the ongoing Gen Z protests and rushed to the hospital. The protests, which have left 22 dead and over 250 injured, also saw Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel beaten up by protesters, while Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli resigned on Tuesday to help resolve the crisis politically.
