PNM MP for San Fernando East Brian Manning says the mass URP firings which took place on Wednesday was political victimisation.

Manning on Thursday called a press conference at his constituency office to say the his party will fight for the rights of these vulnerable workers.

Those that spoke with our reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh she they don't know how they will pay their bills, and questioned why they should pay for those abusing the system.
