Plaintiffs argue Boeing and Honeywell knew the switches were prone to accidental operation and failed to notify airlines or provide replacements, citing a 2018 FAA report. The families seek compensatory and punitive damages, naming four victims. Boeing shares rose 0.64% in premarket trading on Thursday.
