A storm ripped the roof off the Seri Cempaka People's Housing Project in Pantai Dalam, with the debris falling onto parked cars below and damaging around 30 vehicles.
Heavy rain and strong winds from 5pm on Monday (Sept 22) caused the incident and also toppled a tree along Jalan Bangsar.
