Policemen injured by rioters, hospitalized

Patrolman Allan Christian Rombaoa was admitted at the Philippine National Police General Hospital after sustaining mild traumatic brain injury as protesters wearing black shirts and black masks hit him in the head during the riot in Mendiola.

Patrolman Emerson Macalsing of Region 3 also suffered from mild traumatic brain injury after being hit in the head by rioters.

Patrolman King Francis Luno lamented the protesters’ aggression that caused him lacerations in the arm after being hit with a signage.
