Twenty-eight foreigners, including 26 women, were arrested during Immigration Department raids on several massage parlours in Puchong and Kuala Lumpur.

The operations, based on public complaints and two weeks of surveillance, uncovered that the outlets, posing as spas and reflexology centres by day, were offering sexual services at night through social media and messaging apps.
