Reform UK leader Nigel Farage and deputy leader Richard Tice are holding their first formal meeting with Bank of England governor Andrew Bailey on Thursday where they are set to urge Mr Bailey to cut interest rates. Speaking outside the Bank of England, Mr Tice said: "We shouldn't be paying interest and we shouldn't be doing quantative tightening which is triggering tens of billions of taxpaer's losses and we want to talk to the governor about that."
