Severe Tropical Storm Opong (international name: Bualoi) is now moving toward the West Philippine Sea after making six landfalls in Eastern Visayas, Bicol, and Southern Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Friday, Sept. 26.
