In Nehru Nagar, within Patbasthee I.S. Sadan police limits, notorious rowdy Naseer reportedly attacked people on the road with a knife while allegedly under the influence of marijuana.

He also damaged several vehicles during the rampage. Police have registered a case based on complaints from the victims and are actively searching for him.
