Displaced Indigneous Amis people in Hualien's flood-ravaged Guangfu Township are calling for inclusion in recovery efforts. They want the government to come up with solutions that keep their communities together, away from danger, but close to their homes. They also want to make sure that coming storms don't bring danger to the hundreds of volunteers coming into the area.
