Vendors seek clarification on the unfinished P193-million public market in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro linked to a firm identified with Pacifico and Cezarah Discaya after its license was revoked by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB). The Discayas, known contractors, have been accused of corruption in their management of government flood control projects.
