NCR Mental Health Council institutionalized in MOU

Dr. Lester M. Tan, Director IV of Department of Health - Metro Manila Center for Health Development leads the signing of the memorandum of understanding institutionalizing the Regional Council for Mental Health in the National Capital Region. The signing of the MOU was held at Rizal High School in Pasig on Oct. 10, 2025 to coincide with Mental Health Day.
