BC Reservations. The Telangana government will approach the Supreme Court on BC reservations. It seems that the state government has taken this decision after the Telangana High Court issued an interim order on GO 9 related to BC reservations. It will approach the Supreme Court on Monday. After studying the High Court verdict, the government has decided to present arguments in the Supreme Court with the senior council. It is reported that the government has decided to present arguments with advocates who are experts in reservations like Abhishek Manu Singhvi and Siddhartha Dave.
బీసీ రిజర్వేషన్ల పై తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం సుప్రీంకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించనుంది. బీసీ రిజర్వేషన్లకు సంబంధించిన జీవో 9పై తెలంగాణ హైకోర్టు మధ్యంతర ఉత్తర్వుల జారీ చేయడంతో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. సోమవారం సుప్రీంకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించనుంది. హైకోర్టు తీర్పును స్టడీ చేసిన ప్రభుత్వం సీనియర్ కౌన్సిల్‌తో సుప్రీంలో వాదనలు వినిపించాలని సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు. అభిషేక్ మను సింగ్వి, సిద్ధార్థ దవే వంటి రిజర్వేషన్లపై ప్రావీణ్యం కలిగిన అడ్వకేట్‌లతో వాదనలు వినిపించాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించినట్లు సమాచారం.
