Victoria's premier has described a daylight stabbing in Melbourne’s CBD as a brazen and shocking act. The attack left the Melbourne woman with non-life-threatening physical injuries but is taking her time to adjust to a new reality and she says she feels grateful to be alive. A 32-year-old woman has since been charged with intentionally causing injury and committing an offence while on bail.
