The United States administration has sent Vice President JD Vance and special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner to Israel to find out more about the "violations" of the Gaza ceasefire.

Vance said Arab states must help enforce security and disarm Hamas if a Gaza truce is to hold, warning the ceasefire will face "hills and valleys" in the coming days.
