A low-pressure area (LPA) embedded within the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is expected to bring rains over some areas in the Visayas and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday, Oct. 26.
