Buntag sa Agosto 13, 2025 kay nagprepare mi tanan para sa birthday celebration ni mama Virgie. Silang tiya Andat ug Nami kay maoy nagplastar sa mga design sa pangbirthday sama sa karatula, balloons ug uban pa. Gipang-arrange pud nila ang lamesa ug ang mga bangko. Ang lamesa gi-skirtinan nilang tiya Andat kay special ang birthday celebration ni mama Virgie kay ika-60th birthday niya. Senior citizen na si mama Virgie.
Silang uncle Jun kay maoy naglechon ug nagluto sa ubang putahe sama sa mga ginhawaan ug katabang niya silang tiyo Victorio ug tiyo Apad. Silang tiya Maricel ug mama maoy nagluto sa ubang mga putahe. Silang Mike, Jeffrey ug Rg kay maoy namalit sa ubang pagkaon sama sa cakes, native delicacies, softdrinks ug uban pa.
Ug daghan pang ubang mitabang sa preparation nga sila tiya Janet nga maoy naghugas sa mga kitchenwares, si ng Eden nga milaag sa balay mitabang sa pag-andam sa mga ingredients, ug uban daghan pa. While naglihok sa mga buluhaton kay nagkalingaw ug istorya-istorya. Daghan ang giprepare nga suda-an, daghan ang gipang-arrange ug gipangplastar. Gabii nami halos nahuman ug sa takna nga tingpanihapon na kay didto na gisugdan ang birthday celebration.

It was the morning of August 13, 2025, and all of us were preparing for Mama Virgie's birthday celebration. Aunt Andat and Nami were in charge of arranging the birthday designs like the sign, balloons, and other decorations. They also arranged the tables and chairs. Aunt Andat put a skirt around the main table because Mama Virgie's birthday celebration was special—it was her 60th birthday. Mama Virgie is now a senior citizen.
Uncle Jun was responsible for the lechon (roast pig) and cooking other dishes, such as the ginhawaan (internal organs/innards dish), assisted by Uncle Victorio and Uncle Apad. Aunt Maricel and my mother cooked the rest of the main dishes. Mike, Jeffrey, and Rg bought the other food items like cakes, native delicacies, soft drinks, and more.
Many others helped with the preparation, including Aunt Janet, who washed the kitchenwares, and Eden, who came over and helped prepare the ingredients, plus many others. While working on our tasks, we enjoyed chatting and talking. A lot of food was prepared, and many things were arranged and decorated. We were almost finished by evening, and the birthday celebration began right at dinner time.
