Many areas of Warangal district have been waterlogged due to heavy rains caused by the cyclone. Mainly Warangal city, several colonies in Hanumakonda and Kazipet areas are facing ponds. Vehicular movement has come to a standstill due to the overflowing of the Bondi Vagu on the Hunter Road connecting Warangal and Hanumakonda.
తుఫాన్ ప్రభావంతో కురిసిన భారీ వర్షాలకు ఉమ్మడి వరంగల్‌ లోని పలు ప్రాంతాలు జలదిగ్బంధంలో చిక్కుకున్నాయి. ప్రధానంగా వరంగల్‌ నగరంతో పాటు హనుమకొండ, కాజీపేట ప్రాంతాల్లోని పలు కాలనీలు చెరువులను తలపిస్తున్నాయి. వరంగల్-హనుమకొండను అనుసంధానం చేసే హంటర్‌ రోడ్డులో బొంది వాగు ఉప్పొంగడంతో వాహనాల రాకపోకలు నిలిచిపోయాయి.
