DSWD personnel and volunteers prepare family food packs at the DSWD-National Resource Operations Center warehouse in Pasay City on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, to be distributed to families affected by Typhoon Tino.

The typhoon battered parts of Eastern and Central Visayas, including Leyte, Southern Leyte, Cebu, and Northern Negros, as well as Dinagat Islands and Siargao, bringing destructive winds and torrential rains that triggered flooding and power outages. (MB video by Mark Balmores)
