The Prime Minister says that her administration has renewed plans for the establishment of National Enrichment Centres for children with special needs in this country.

One will be established in Tobago.

Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar made the announcement during her visit to Signal Hill in Tobago for a gathering of three schools there today.
