Australian flying foxes Pteropus are hunted by freshwater crocodiles Crocodylus johnstoni. They feed on fruit juice and pulp, and flowers, which explains their limited distribution in the tropics.
Interestingly, they participate in pollinating many tropical plants.
These creatures don't have echolocation, instead, they have well-developed vision and smell.
